Esther Williams, Eleanor Powell and June Allyson just name a very few were all so beautiful and talented and forgotten. However best said by Judy Garland's daughter Liza Minnelli "Thank God for film, it can capture a moment forever". I only wish they could have recorded her in her prime as she did her singing in the movies. The record/CD that is available now was recorded live around 1984. Just not the same as her movies. Even though I was not around to meet her in person, I somehow feel sad about her being gone and I don't know why. We will sure miss you, with all my love. Rest In Peace, RobertAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16421214954041448770noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3224037410105354251.post-88622538842641960552021-01-14T18:34:08.908-08:002021-01-14T18:34:08.908-08:00What a talent to have her voice itwas an instrumen...What a talent to have her voice itwas an instrument.Beautiful funny great talented woman loved her in the big store with the marx Brothers.Rip Virginia thank you.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17409334821273118032noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3224037410105354251.post-40907200349185259422019-10-24T10:19:20.358-07:002019-10-24T10:19:20.358-07:00Virginia O'Brien was also very unbeautiful (se...Virginia O'Brien was also very unbeautiful (see the glamour shot at the top of your post). but since she almost always played zany comedy roles, one rarely got to see her looking glamourous. I agree that she was always a joy to watch in her films.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01397661341527770372noreply@blogger.com
